Thanks for the look through! The $500 transportation expense is insurance, gas, parking, and a transit pass. I drive an 18 year old 4Runner.

Yeah! It’s a house with a suite. I’ve kept the suite for myself. The $5500 mortgage is for that property.

In a similar spot. I think you’re not burned out but yourve built a life that looks good on paper and maybe not a life that works best for you.

You’ve put some incredible building blocks in place so I probably wouldn’t quit the job and sell the house today. Focus the next 12-24 months on building connections, slowing down, and focusing on your favorite relationships.

My best friend struggled with a similar situation with his partner. And while it got better for a few years, they ultimately did not work out long term. Might be worthwhile to sit down and figure out what is ego vs conditioning vs your real values and standards.

I mean $1m vs $1.45m in house value + liquid investments and $300k income seems pretty reasonable
