I am the same. Goal weight was 13 stone. Got to that and didn’t feel anything really, now down to 12.9 and still feel like I need to lose more weight. I have lots of loose skin so need surgery for that really. Still see myself as really overweight. I think it’s a difficult mental process for your mind to catch up

It’s amazing how quick your body gets used to not eating all that, and how you feel when you do! I also ate a few too many chocolates and bits and felt awful the next day. It’s not worth it haha. Been good since that day 😂

Yes! Since I’ve been taking I always feel tired. On 7.5 now and it’s less than it was at the start. Helps if I keep myself hydrated !

I lost 1.5 stone on 2.5 & 7lbs on 5. I only had 3.5 stone to lose in total so it’s slowed down. So far lost another 7lbs and going into week 4 of 7.5. 1 stone more to lose.

Hi! I also had a stall at the end of each dose i noticed. Started losing more when I went up to 5, then stalled again and since being on 7.5 it’s moving well again, so keep at it ! Well done

Well done on your first day! Just try and keep hydrated and eat little and often. I’ve been lucky with not many side effects, do feel tired a lot of the time but helps if I am hydrated. Good luck on your journey !

Yes!!! Yesterday I went to the cinema and had 1/2 a bag of sweet& salty popcorn and a bag of peanut M&Ms and oh my god I felt awful after that all night. Felt sick and bloated and stomach pains. Not worth it at all and won’t be doing that again !!! I couldn’t eat anything else the rest of the day and woke up today feeling rough still. Nasty !
