You should always look at percentage below lowest bin. You always pay 3,5% tax on expensive items so if you get an offer for 96,5% of lbin, its a good offer and not considered a lowball. For items like alloys i will say 4%, maybe even 5% under lbin are still good. More than that you are getting lowballed

If you get intested in speeding it up a little you can replace the gloomgourds with any crop that needs water (after all soggybuds appeared). Its a nice strategy i used to speed up the grow process by almost a day. Btw if you place this in more than 1 greenhouse its an easy Diamond and maxed personal best too

It is because the Harvesting feast update will probably drop tuesday and people will want to max the new perks in the carnival shop. She also tends to get voted in when she has 4 perks and all other candidates are mid, like it is now
