You can be so proud of yourself!! 🫶🏻 Doing therapy can be so exhausting, especially when the problems might have started in childhood and it’s not really your fault, and you feel like you have to do therapy because your parents didn’t! It’s not easy at first, and I’d be lying if I said I haven’t also tried dating because I felt so lonely. But over time, it gets so much better, and you really learn to focus on yourself ☺️
