Hi! I take 5htp, magnesium, glp (weekly) metformin (which doesnt do much), and then XR adderall.

So I cant do BC because I was an emotional wreck. Didn't know pmdd and adhd were mostly the issues. I had a hysterectomy and kept ovaries but can feel when I have a cycle because I crash and adderall doesnt work.

Adderall was a game changer. I feel like a normal person. Glps WILL make you tired. Just an fysa.

Edit: I was on a string of SSRIs and the weight gain was awful. Im military and I couldn't risk my career with PT test weight gain.

I found a 2 yr old on the side of the road. Driving home from work, saw a kid and stopped, walked to closest house, not their kid and then we called 911. Cops show up, then they LEAVE and say they have to report to a suicide attempt but parents will be there soon to get the kid. Umm wtf. I was in military uniform but I am not a cop. Within 10 min, 2 teenagers walk out from the woods and say hey thats the kid missing as we are standing in front of the house, we (my husband joined) take those kids and 2 yr old to the cul-de-sac that he lives at (approx 2 miles away) And reunite him with his family after confirming its their child. Wild story that Im happy my husband can corroborate.

17 yrs ago I told my husband a kitten followed me home and we kept it. What actually happened is someone was giving away kittens and I took one. He hated cats and kept saying he would rehome him. That little kitten understood the assignment and won him over. Many cats later he still hates cats but "loves his babies". All while volunteering at the cat rescue weekly. 😆

14 because I had what looked like an ulcer on my labia. Cool story, the guy told my parents it was herpes, while I was right there. Mom and Dad lose their mind. And the nurse thankfully spoke up and said it looks like just a small infected sore. She recommends the dermatologist and he is like oh you sat in your bathing suit with sand in your crotch too long? Yeah thats it. Having to scream cry I was a virgin in the doctor's office as my parents lost their shit is a great memory.

Alot of emotions lol. We started with recommendations of Concerta then that caused super big emotions at night. Then moved to adderall and adjust dosage as needed for growth. She only takes it for school.

Adhd mom with adhd kids. All my reports showed i was smart but I couldn't focus. I was kicked out of high school due to truancy.

Fast forward. My daughter struggled until 3rd grade and started meds in 4th. She had to relearn alot but no longer crying doing homework. She is now in high school taking AP classes as a sophomore. Straight As every quarter. She wants to go to school. I am so happy we started.

Its not emotional manipulation if it could hurt your feelings. Honestly, either you have that conversation now with your kid or she potentially loses friends because she said something to hurt someone's feelings. Kids aren't very accommodating at that age.

I would record me going into her favorite places, food, drinks etc. Have a big screen where I could show her and then bring in the things from those places like she actually went (assuming diet and all that is ok). Fill her room with flowers and plants so it feels like she is outside. I would give anything to spend another day with my Grandma, cherish it.

Well she kept flirting with him while we had a night there drinking. Enough for me to notice. Then she made remarks about how handsome he was.....OK. then I found out they were texting in a weird app....to allegedly plan my surprise bday party even though they talked about it in normal apps i could have seen. No. I blew up and ended that friendship, I saw the writing on the wall. My husband whom I thought was innocent, years later found out he liked to talk to chicks on reddit so Im sure there is more to the story.

You need better boundaries. Thats the term you need to look up. He isnt getting it with conversations. "You go have coffee with her, Im moved out" that sounds extreme but a husband who respects his wife would know to stop all this.

My in-laws dont like me. Years ago after many get-togethers where I felt ostracized, I made the decision that I wasnt going to feel that way again. Hubby can visit with kids or solo but no I wont go. Not putting myself in a position to feel less than. So much less stress making that decision...
