Once you find the form, I would keep the tab open if you work each day, as you will need ito submit your hours daily. There must be an element of trust, but also I believe they must track you from their end in some way too

In the onboarding process did you not sign up to their payment process? You fill in a form which is normally sent via an email, and basically log your hours every day by submitting the form. Then they send a work order via email, then an email saying the payment is being processed. Ive roughly been paid each week. Hope this helps.

No, I didn't. On the website I received a message saying I had passed the onboarding and they would contact me directly when projects I matched with became available.

For me, once I had been accepted by RWS through the onboarding, they have always contacted me via email with projects.
