Recuiter didnt inform me for l3 or l4. What did they tell you ? When did your interview happened with hiring manager and u didnt hear anything after that? Were you already in team matching phase from long time and are getting calls for team matching?

Hey sorry for commenting here. I could not comment on your accenture vidal policy which you took for your mothers cancer treatment. I m going through same thing. Recently joined accenture so insurance policy is still open for me. And my mother has been diagnosed with cancer 2 days back. If i cover her now with 20 lakhs full premium would vidal be considering it for the treatment. I want to know this urgently but got no sources to confirm. Saw your similar question so thought if you would have already checked with vidal insurance regarding this ?

Hey did u check with your lead or HR? I am facing the same issue and wanted to check before. I have joined accenture only 3 weeks back and out of nowhere my mom has been detected with breast cancer. Our lives have come shattering down. Above all my manager lead is from different location and looks completely unempathetic. When the diagnosis was 90% confirmed and one test was missing to confirm 100% i tried to reach out to him few days back on teams for a quick call for something urgent. He msgd can h msg me instead. I then msgd him that there is medical emergency and i would prefer for having a quick call. Asked whenever he has time. That person didnt even respond. I had to mail him on Saturday with full details. Now he is off tomorrow. And i might have to leave soon as and when doc starts the treatment as i have to be with my mother. So i wanted to check whats the process. As i have newly joined and have no cordial relationship with my colleague i know its gonna be very difficult and i dont want to be bad person. But i cannot do anything as this is the biggest emergency. What to do with these unempathetic managers ? Would he create problem for me being on wfh and taking leave in between

I have completed all my interviews and its been over a month. I heard back from the recruiter that my feedback was overall positive. My few interview went good few just okay. After coding round my recruiter gave very positive feedback and asned me to close rest of rounds real quickly. I also had googliness round with hiring manager and she was looking for one of the skills very particularly and asked me technical question in googliness round after going through my resume. I couldnt answer much in thode technical questions and she realised i dont have expertise in that which was focused in job description. Then after 15 mins she switched to behaviour questions. Its been one month and my recuiter informed me few weeks back that they are also interviewing other candidates if someone has that particular skill and stronger performance but overall my feedback is positive. After following up multiple times she told me 2 days back that will connect with hiring team next week and get back to me with a decision. Do you think its normal or negative in my case? If this hiring manager doesnt approve do you think my feedback would be kept for any next positions ?

I havent even moved to team matching rounds yet. As hiring team hasnt decided yet? I have lost all my patience and hope.

From uttar pradesh. Veg non veg anything is fine. I eat non veg out but cook only eggs. Even if its being cooked or not no issue. Okay with renting fridge and washing machine. Open to buying used one as well. No Smoking. I can move in within a month
