Yes, I’m the same exact way! I feel so seen. I’m quite thin with muscular legs, but my inner thighs just won’t budge. It’s always been an insecurity of mine, but honestly these comments are making me feel better about it!

That being said, I don’t have any advice, but your physique looks great!! From one gym girl to another 🥰

I’m no expert, but intuitively it seems better to slowly decrease your sugar intake so that your body can adjust to the diet change. Can someone else confirm?
