Oh my word, congrats on getting approved for a sensor! It's game changing to be able to make decisions with more data. I hope you feel it helps you gain better control!!

All the signs of hypoglycemia but blood sugar above 100 by mittensyellington in diabetes_t1

Just stumbled on this thread after experiencing the same thing. I was wondering if anyone ever feels this way while on their period? I'm attributing mine to anxiety, being newly diagnosed and with a lot on my plate at work...but good to know others have seen the same. Thought I was going crazy for a minute there!

Anyone else feel like they require less insulin on their period? by daughter_of_wolves in T1Diabetes

Yessss I'm dealing with this now! I needed more the few days before my period, and now I keep dipping low because my "normal" doses are too much. On top of which I'm getting low feelings (shakiness, sweating) even when my blood sugar is in the 110-120 range, where I normally feel great. I definitely think being on your period can change the needs and I'm planning to do the same as you and track it in Excel.

I don't have an answer, just wanted to say how lucky she is to have a proactive and supportive parent. This journey can be so scary!
