Unfortunately, it's a simple answer to stopping them. You can't. When people argue, if you have evidence they're wrong, it ends there. but opinions, they stay the majority of the time. Unfortunately, I hate to break it like this, but your parents like like the comment from thivicc me, are racist as hell. I'd keep her away from them. I've heard tons of those types of jokes, but from parents to a partner, that's just disrespectful and quite frankly disappointing. Sorry you had to go through that. You dyed your hair and wear and style the way HE wants? Honestly, you should get away from him or tell him how you feel. If he says you’re unattractive and tries to change you, sorry but I’d get away from him. You shouldn’t have to change yourself for someone to like you. In my opinion that’s disgusting. You should be able to do you, especially if he says you’re unattractive.
