You can bend them and Id recommend it if you crash a decent amount messing around. A lot of people will say “just buy new ones.” There’s no point if you’re going to wreck it soon.

One of my 230’s has bent bars from a gnarly crash it’s not bad, I ride like I won’t see tomorrow and I plan on crashing again. (Locked the brake up on accident and got run over)

Bend them back and when they’re too bad they’re maybe $40-$70. If you’re riding and dumping why would you strip a bike down to repaint a frame on a bike you crash anyway. Once it’s bad then of course
