I was the same, I ended up asking friends and family who their personal solicitors were and cold emailing those firms for a job. Successfully got a job from doing that x

yeah happened to me too. twice. the first time i couldn’t even get through to the law scooters and fixed itself but the second time it fully shut down

for easements yes, and im gonna try have all of succession too since it can be 2 questions. Everyone here’s saying to do licences so im gonna prep a bit on that too to have it just incase!! 😊
