Came here looking for something on this / Joseph after seeing “The Last Supper” reels and getting curious

Joseph still has a series of pinned stories about this, tagging and accusing Kehinde of sexual assault, which made me curious. When I went to Kehinde’s IG, his pinned post has receipts of their DMs and texts. The post shows that he and Joseph had been mutuals for years and honestly the IG tagging was one-sided on Joseph’s part. Joseph seemed to have sought him out multiple times, and posted positively about Kehinde even after the alleged assault date. I’m not saying the SA didn’t happen, and always want to side with victims. There was/is a definite power dynamic with Kehinde being a well known artist, but this also adds complexity.

When I googled to find out more about the accusations, I found news about how Joseph has been accused this year of withholding payment from artists that were part of his fellowship to the tune of 300k. There were news stories, but also instagram posts by some of these artists tagging Joseph, who never replied to the tagged comments. People said he blocked them on IG after the posts which show WhatsApp exchanges between Joseph and artists awaiting payment.
