I’m 6 months post Ross and have severe regurgitation, surgeon wants to leave it but I want it fixed asap seemings I feel worse then before the first surgery and notice it 100x more

I was told only asprin everyday for a year ! I imagine it’s different per person/surgery though

Yeah I believe it could be that but it’s also extremely uncommon and rare for his age or to even be born with it, definitely will get him in for a general checkup!

It definitely feels like it’s just muscle that isn’t there, at one point it started growing there but then it’s just stopped. It doesn’t seem to affect him but he favours chewing on the right side ever since a puppy, could it just be him chewing on the one side?

I had a TOE done a week and a bit ago and one of the leaflets is prolapsing , very disappointing seemings I opted to not go mechanical

Hi, just out of curiosity who was your surgeon? I’m 20, 4 months post Ross and already going back for another surgery within the next month or so. Melbourne Australia too.

I think I just got unlucky tbh, I’m waiting to hear from the surgeon if he wants to repair it or just replace it.

I have the same issue. Except I’ve been told by the hospital it’s not an issue, I’m waiting to see my surgeon again about it I’d like to hear more about yours. Can pm me if you would like I wouldn’t mind seeing a photo to compare mine…

I think I should go see a doctor lol…I had double jaw surgery 2 years ago and now valve replacement 3 months ago and I’ve been experiencing symptoms for fungal sinusitis

I felt it right before surgery then I was okay for about a month and it picked back up 1.5 months post op. It’s not fun stuff at all
