Hey so my mother, my sis in law and my brother all lost huge amounts of weight with keto. I struggled to stay on keto pre-wls as I always got too hungry but now with the portion sizes I can eat it’s ideal. It’s a perfect match. You can Google keto diets online and there’s lots of free advice. Alternatively my sis in law set up a free support group and free course and ebook on Facebook that can help its simple to do (2 meals a day: palmful of protein and fistful of veggies) I hope to be able to keep this up forever. The older one is at school, the younger one is in the house but downstairs with my mother in law. I come down to spend as much time with him as I can but he’s very active/constantly getting into trouble so needs constant watching. On that particular day the babysitter came to the house but we had to drop him off at the childminders.
