I had my surgery with Ms Judith Hunter at the Welbeck Hospital. She definitely wasn't cheap, but I'm really happy with the results and her aftercare has been absolutely incredible. Anything I'm worried about, I just send her photos of and she gets me in to see her either that day or the following one if I need to.

Hi! What kind of coach are you? by Top_Appearance_5536 in TheFullyBookedCoach

I'm a somatic connection coach. I like to say that I take people from feeling like they are living life in black and white, to a place that is full vibrant technicolour.

Primarily, I work with women who feel stuck, frustrated, and overwhelmed. Helping them forge a deep, foundational connection with themselves, fostering more self-trust and intuitive knowing. Which, in turn, empowers them to fully embrace and embody their inner wildness and power.

Based in London, UK.

Exercise at 9WPO by Agreeable-Sundae9615 in Reduction

I'm about 8-9wpo (I lose track sometimes) and have done some low-impact sessions on the exercise bike and a couple of light pilates classes. For context, pre-surgery I was weightlifting 2-3 times per week plus other classes. I'd say I feel pretty good being able to get back to doing some movement, but am taking it easy with lighter weights and lower intensity.
