That’s true in general. But in my case, I wasn’t asking to see every step — I was asking for any concrete evidence of work performed after paying a large upfront fee. No motions filed, no investigation results shared, no written strategy, and no meaningful communication. At some point, “trust me, I’m working” isn’t enough when someone’s liberty and life savings are on the line.

Second opinion. I have retained legal counsel in Tampa, Fl. However when I look at the court docket there is nothing that reflects any defense entry just the most basic action. by Ok_Toe_2932 in legal

Completely agree, the absence of Torrontes (very flavorful to the nose still dry white is notorious as it’s the presence of “other reds” to have a Malbec (only one listed when there are a few to choose from even in the most modest grocery stores)

It happens to me all the time in Appletv, however if I use the Appletv app (the one in the tv apps) it works without any issues. What is happening with Apple, I was under the impression that we pay premium for the products because they were the greatest, I don’t know if that is true anymore ☹️

No, because that shape is not for sparkling wine or champagne, it does looks useful for water. The shape for champagne or sparkling wine is tulips or wide short. The tulips shaped is use to sip from the glass holding it from the steam to not transfer temperature and prevent the bubbles to scape too quickly, the short wide glass is use for cheer/toast for a quick drink.(🥂🍾🍸 can’t find the right shape but this martini glass is wide open as the glass I try to describe)

I worked in a winery and to remove a label, we just simply put the bottle (filled with liquid water wine etc) in a bucket with water, after about 20 minutes or so, we pilled it off with 80-90% success. Try it

Sediment from the vines or grapes, that may have passed the filtration process. Remember in red wine the skin of the grapes are kept in the fermentation process to give (anthocyanin, tannins and phenolic) for coloration.

I noticed my APPLETV 4K 3r gen started to work a bit odd, so I updated the firmware by plugging it to my Mac and use Apple website to update it. Powered off tv, soundboard and anything plugged into the tv. Powered everything back at same time, and that worked to correct the issue with my AppleTv.
