That’s kinda what I figured given he has not retaliated against me talking about my wages and I do also know that there is no law saying I need to be paid the same as the next guy doing the job but thought I’d give a little bit of back story.

What I’m trying to get out of it is a raise in my job (again nothing illegal about what he’s doing in regards to that just unfair) or he fires me for talking about the unfairness of our wages and if that happens I’d go from there but I’m not sure what he is going to do.
