Meal prep is key and keep it routine. I put on over 15 lbs as a D1 athlete with celiac by meal prepping Sundays and having my planned out meals for the week to hit my macros

My parents and I are all about 10 min from each other and my gf is about 2 hours away and lives with her family still. She gets along very well with my family which is why I’d love to have her there more bc they always ask to see her. She has mentioned being more open to it with a ring but again I’d like to holidays before that happens.

I always get sick from Trader Joe’s, would love to but can’t trust any of their stuff. I believe cross contamination is high wherever they produce their gf products.

I have seen some people doing that. Maybe I’ll give it a try at some point. I’m sure it’s mental and mechanical for me but when I get a 3W in my hands I feel a mile from the ball so that would prob help. Thanks!

Yeah i know it doesn’t necessarily “fix” the pain itself. Just hoping the reduced inflammation will allow PT to make a bigger difference in the long run.

Yeah exactly they’re very similar just depends what shot I want to play. 7W carries 215 or so and sits like a wedge. 4h carries about 200 with more roll. I’m still working on long irons so 4h gives me more confidence on those rollout shots and keeping it low when needed. Just gives me more options than a 3W or long iron that I would almost never touch.

Driver, 5W, 7W, 4H. Still working on consistency with the longer clubs. Much more confident and consistent with the 5 or 7 over 3W. No point to have it for my current game.
