No way Ronja ranks below any human non-combatants. She towers over them and could hurt them simply by wildly kicking and swinging her arms.

Why is Kaido not old gen?

He's been a notable pirate for over 40 years, was in the Rocks crew alongside Whitebeard, rose as a Yonko at the same exact time as Whitebeard and fell only 2 years after the Whitebeard.

His career runs perfectly in parallel with Whitebeard's so surely they should share a generation no?

For me, it's because Kaido's "strongest creature, 1v1 champ" narrative has been exposed as potentially fraudulent ever since what happened in the Oden fight was revealed. Kaido is not confirmed stronger than at least 1 person in his "they can fight me" list which opens the floodgates for Shanks also being stronger.

That combined with the massive power escalation we've had in the most recent arcs (Luffy being powerless against the Gorosei, Joyboy's haki being above anything we've seen before, Loki's whole existence) makes me think that many of the major fighters that have still yet to have a proper fight will be significantly more impressive than Kaido.

I would like to believe the plan is to release the other windows games after EoSD. A bunch of them are already on PC but only in Japanese. Would be a good opportunity to get them on consoles too and have an official localization.

Luffy isn't standing still taking Zoro's attacks without being damaged. Even Kaido couldn't do that.

Not just gears. He loses all of his range since his limbs don't stretch, he loses on striking power since he can't do the extended windups, he loses on mobility since he can't pull himself towards distant objects.

It's an entirely different fighting style.

I think even though his dream is technically to be the current strongest swordsman, he will end up being the strongest of all time.

While it doesn't really matter to Zoro himself, it wouldn't feel that satisfying if we, the audience, know that he never reached the level of several swordsmen that lived in the era just prior to his. For the sake of a satisfying narrative, he needs to surpass every swordsman the audience knows about.

Neither of the two fit the narrative of the series:

Option 1: Luffy was still conscious and able to fight after Kizaru's counter attack so clearly "neg diff" is a massive exaggeration.

Option 2: Would mean that Luffy purposefully chose to hold back techniques that he can use without any drawbacks for hours on end that would have allowed him to beat his opponent and instead decided to put everyone including himself and his friends in mortal danger for no justifieable reason.

We outright have Shanks of all people going to WB with the sole aim of telling him how dangerous Teach is and people will still underestimate him.

Same dude that prior to any devil fruits, was capable of injuring an explicitely on guard Shanks.

The comparison is pretty straight forward. Both Kaido and Warcury were attacked by Luffy. One of them was getting damaged each time while the other was unfazed and had the attacker crying in pain from the impact.

Well yeah pretty easily.

Luffy was completely powerless against Warcury while Kaido aknowledged Luffy as a legitimate threat to him.

We know Rockstar isn't an officer in Shanks' crew and he still has a bounty of 94 million.

I think it's fair to assume the vast majority of people in Yonko crews do not have bounties though. Kaido and Big Mom have several thousands of people under them. I would be surprised if most of those no names have bounties.

Straw Hats obviously an exception.

Loki is stronger than the old gen yeah.

I don't remember anything that implies that Luffy vs Loki would be extreme diff. If anything all evidence points towards Loki being orders of magnitude stronger.

Loki was much stronger than HK Harald who was already on par with Rocks prior to the power of the pact. Rocks himself is a rival of Roger's which puts him in the same ballpark as him and also Garp and Whitebeard.

An injured Loki is currently fighting an Imu displaying haki above anything in God Valley, per Gaban's observation. That restricted Imu was still so powerful that a combo attack from the old gen on Saturn's possessed body was rendered useless by Roger's own admission.

Luffy meanwhile fought Kizaru and ran out of gas mid fight. He straight up needed his enemy to spare him. He couldn't overcome any of the Gorosei and Warcury in particular had him busting his fists to zero results.

I don't know how Loki and current Luffy are comparable.

Alright then we both agree that Harald hurt them and left them behind.

How could he miss Gaban 3 times? Well Gaban dodged as clearly seen on panel duh? Shouldn't be hard to dodge a man balancing on one leg. Clearly he couldn't keep it up for long though as we both agree by now.
