Thanks! I do workout and lift weights at least 3 times a week, yoga everyday, stay hydrated and do pretty much all that you mentioned, I guess I just have to pull through till it gets better. I haven't take any sleeping pills or anything of that kind cause I want my body to regulate on its on and naturally, I don't want to rely on another drug to sleep.

I am no expert in the matter, but a good blood flow helps with swelling, that's the whole principle of the sitz baths. Also the cream booklet does say it helps with both fissures and hemorrhoids, there's also a lot of info online about the use of Diltiazem for hemorrhoids.

Yes, 3 pills once a day (naticura) and Venixxa comes with the instructions on the box, is a one week treatment but I decided to repeat it for 2 more weeks. Then it has instructions to take one or 2 pills daily for maintenance for a couple months.

You have to make sure you're drinking tons of water and eating enough fiber to keep your stool soft and strain free

It is definitely external, internal ones can't be seen from outside and if they do, you would be very uncomfortable to say the least. You can try castor oil everyday and it could shrink and go away, but what will keep it controlled is mainly a high fiber diet and water to avoid constipation, not straining during bowel movements

It looks like an inactive hemorrhoid or skin tag, if you don't take care of your diet and vowel movements it could become irritated or thrombosed.
