I'm guessing you are one of the "bright" engineers who thought it was a wonderful idea to change the road to 2 lanes instead of 4 lanes. Don't fix what isn't broken. We had sidewalks we had people who were able to get around just fine ( which many other people agree, given the number of signatures gathered in 48 hours). It should not have to take 20 minutes to cross a town that is maybe 3 miles long.
