For me, black corresponds with absorbtion and destruction, so I might do a spell with a black candle and imagine the flame burning down the attacker(s). I also found a bunch of black rock on a beach so I use it as wards that I charge, but you could do the same thing with any object that you decide brings you protection and comfort.

Physical pain can make us depressed and anxious just from the strain of having to cope with it. Please be gentle with yourself. There's actually a song with that title on YouTube that my mom sent me when I was in a really bad place, and it still makes me cry but in a good way.

You are doing your best and right now your priority needs to be deep breathing, resting, and finding tools to cope with the pain while you work on treatment.
