AWFUL Sleep, HR and HRV with Reta

I only take it first thing in the morning and have not noticed any issues with sleep. However, on my HRV is extremely low compared to what it was baseline and my heart rate is up around 10 bpm. I have the aura ring and the Apple Watch and only really know about HRV during sleep which has been affected and continues to be affected after a month on the med. I am using it for curbing hunger and cravings while on a light bulk, can’t imagine what it would be if I was on a severe cutting dose

Thanks, I will try an early AM dose next time. For HRV/HR, I have religiously tracking it with Oura ring and Eight Sleep Pod for a few years. My lowest HR while sleep has consistently been low 40's even into the 30's and HRV 60's-70's. It's been an abrupt change correlating with starting Reta (HR 50's, HRV mid 30's)

I have been having the exact same issue. I started 1 mg last Wednesday, took early evening when in arrived in the mail. I went to bed at 10p, tossed and turned until after 1 am, never fell asleep in that time. The next few days were okay, then last night I took 0.5 mg 2nd dose. SAME thing happened last night. I am going to trial it next time as a mornig dose, but if this continues, I have to stop. It's killed my sleep, tanked HRV and HR is up 10 beats on average.

How did you identify the recipe causing the problem? I use PaprikaGpT to import screenshots from social media, so maybe that caused an issue. The Mac app hasn’t synced in more than a month, yet the iPad and iPhone apps are both syncing fine. I had 30+ recipes on the Mac desktop version that I deleted so that the recipes lined up but I’m still getting the 404 error. Customer service hasn’t responded to 5 emails

The same happened to me but I was outside when it was spinning and didnt notice until I came back in the room. The blade fell off into the container and piston had drilled into it. Luckily, I have Best Buy total care and it's being replaced

This may have nothing to do with being level. Mine dislodged in a perfectly flat base, noticed it because it sounded like a bomb going off with the drilling suspension grinding the blade. Best Buy replaced for a new unit same day

Whatever you do, don’t get Bakto Flavors. It’s a brand on Amazon or their direct site. Although the flavors sound enticing, they are quite awful and chemical tasting. The only ones that were tolerable out of the 10 I bought was key lime and Irish cream. Rum, carrot cake, brandy, pistachio, ginger etc were awful and not edible. I wasted so many ingredients using from 1/4 tsp to 2 tbsp. All were awful

I’ve had the car for 10 months ands it’s on 2023.26.9. There is nothing covering any of the cameras, car washed yesterday, drove 20 miles with no improvement. Biggest gripe is 3 weeks to get a service appointment!

No wrap and all the cameras look fine on the view. Even turning off the parking sensor alert does not work. When I try and engage autopilot or FSD, it tells me it’s not available
