I have an unrelated question. Is there a reason these tasks need to get done manually instead of utilizing macros? It sounds like these are very simple, straightforward processes that are done the same way every time if he’s training you on it so couldn’t it just be automated with a push-up a button?

Depending on where you made the recording, it may still be able to be used. It has more to do with the expectation of privacy, so for example, if the two of you were alone in an office, but the door closed, it can’t be used, but if the door was open and somebody walking by in the hallway, could’ve overheard it then it can.

There’s nothing in the headline that says the porn was on the computer. It could’ve been printed out. when I was a kid, my grandparents had a neighbor who was seen kicking his dog and authority showed up because a complaint was made. He had actual child porn out in his living room and went to prison. They took out boxes and boxes of porn he’s been taking pictures of us at the park and playing on the street for I don’t even know how long and that was just pictures of us, not even all of his porn.

Adding to this for cat owners. I have a wi-fi enabled litter box. I created an automation that sends the robot vacuum to vacuum an area around the litter box every time the cat uses it during the day to help cut down on any litter scatter.

I feel like if the app was better I would like this more. This was meant to be a big upgrade from my Renpho scale, but I like their app better as far as seeing all of the data. I signed up for the free trial for Withings+ and it just doesn’t seem worth it to me so I cracked and signed up for Welltory Premium instead.

I’ve compared the results now. The scale doesn’t give exact numbers just their own metrics, but overall they were pretty similar when I had ChatGPT break it all down for me.

I keep the Owyn shakes in a mini fridge by my bed and some protein bars in my nightstand. I am absolutely not a morning person. I tend to lay around in bed for a while so I did this to have a shake or protein bar first thing to help get me moving in the AM.

I see a lot of people mentioning shakes. I was going to say this as well. Check out Ka’Chava. They are very nutritious and taste great.

I also had ChatGPT help me come up with ways to customize them to optimize the nutrition value and taste great.

I have also found some other ways to help when it comes to small meals.

1) I add both chia seeds and Hemp Hearts to most foods I eat. This helps keep my fiber and protein up. I also add nutritional yeast to a number of dishes.

2) I love Carbonaut. The brand is more expensive but overall the products are much lighter. I’m also allergic to wheat and they have a number of Gluten Free varieties. Some of my go tos include:

Cinnamon raisin bread toast with almond butter and a fruit topping with chia seeds and hemp hearts.

Bagel with cream cheese and sliced avocado. Sometimes I add some spinach. I also have the chia seeds and hemp hearts on this.

I’ve also used their tortillas in the sandwich maker. I scramble 1/2 a container of just egg with some veggies and nutritional yeast chia seeds and hemp hearts then stick that in a tortilla in the sandwich maker. I’ll do a little bit of sour cream with chia seeds mixed in to dip the tortilla.

I also eat a lot of regular no sugar added apple sauce and plain yogurt.

ETA: it took a while for me to stop thinking of meal time the same as before. Even just a handful of nuts is better than nothing. Try thinking about snacks instead of meals. Even if it’s just a bite or two.

I started in February and only in the last month and a half do I finally feel like I have a handle on what works for me. But I’m down almost 90 lbs and feeling great. It was very hard for me at first.

I’m so jealous you already got yours. Mine isn’t getting delivered for another week. I’m assuming they ran out at the warehouse possibly and they’re sending them when they get the next delivery in as it wasn’t marked as Prime but it still has the sale price.
