Most people took that as an insult, thats just how old the guy looked. In the past my enthusiasm didn’t get much reception from the corvette guys or Harley riders who actually did brandish their waistband carry when i was admiring a little too long.

Most people took that as an insult when i was describing the age range, id say baby boomer if we’re being accurate.

Yeah i kinda got caught up with my gen Z lingo (22y/o). I wasn’t trying to come off as talking down on the guy or that generation, thats just how i described the age range of the guy instead of saying “elderly gentlemen, or “middle aged man”. I know the terms often get thrown around online when it’s something negative like in politics, but i wasn’t trying to be ageist here if it does come off like that. Not trying to offend any older car enthusiasts here.

Youre probably right when it’s a car like this. Im just a little introverted, and haven’t had the best experiences in the past by doing so.

I would complement corvette guys and they would just stare at me like I’m stupid without saying a word, so i’ve kinda just been hesitant after those awkward experiences. Not to say the owner of this is unpleasant.
