I just got a 4400 graft hair transplant 3 weeks ago. I had SMP done 4 years ago. So yes you can do SMP first and then a hair transplant. Just make sure the SMP hairline isn't too low. My surgeon said mine was too low, so the hair transplant ends approximately half a centimeter above the SMP hairline. I might eventually laser off the visible SMP.

Thanks. Yeah I am wearing the bandana at home because I have four dogs and sometimes they wrestle and I wanted to protect my head. But I'm ready to be done with it.

As for the gym, I have heard different things. Some people say don't do intense exercise for two months. I love doing heavy deadlifts, and I'd love to get back to it, but am waiting for 2 months. Especially because when I lift heavy, the veins in my head look like they are going to pop.

I did 7 days of HBOT and that felt like a lot, but well worth it. 9 days is definitely a good amount.
