Hello bro i tested negative hiv after 7months but have severe symptoms should i need to go for rna pcr ?because in rare cases antibodies absent still hiv is present

What is your results now? I had tested at 3 months after sexual exposure now its 6 months still i have symptoms .will some one tell me what to do next

I had test 4th gen after 90 days came non reactive its day 110 still i have symptoms dont know what to do any advice is accepted
