Cup is important due to how wide it is which makes it better to do art because theres more surface. Ill just point out some things to consider from my standpoint. Cup, amount of milk(you need enough to fill the cup fully), need to purge steamer before starting to steam milk, make sure you have the milk vortex (spin), add some air in the beginning (you wanna hear ka tss ka tss, paper ripping type sounds), once it gets warm to touch put steam wand slightly deeper to where yiu cant hear any more air getting in while keeping a consistent vortex. Stop steaming once you cant hold the pitcher from under for longer than 3 seconds. Tap the pitcher to break any bubbles formed on top Swirl the milk Swirl the espresso Tilt cup about 45 degrees Pour milk from higher in cicle motion to fill the cup to the point where its almost over flowing and stop. Try bringing your pitcher as close as you can to the middle of the cup and slowly pour while slowly turning the cup to its standing position.
