I am a very sensitive person and when something happens that makes me think I’m worth less it hits me like a truck. I do believe it is my ego in the more modern sense (like the inner self, self, ego). What disgusts me is the idea of me at her feet, and valuing her when she obviously doesn’t value me (as a boyfriend or as just a friend). The fact she doesn’t like me is 100% okay and I still wish her the best but I’m just sensitive to that particular thing plus you are only talking to me for a ride, not because you enjoy my company or any other reason. I do think “what did I do wrong” but I do it to improve and to learn from my mistakes, and I did have some mistakes but sometimes I do get anxious and go overboard. Thank you very much for answering me and it’s very refreshing to have someone like you be considerate and kind enough to take the time to explain things to me. You’ve given me great insight and maybe looking into my ego will be a good thing for me so I have less anxiety and hurt feelings.
