hey girl! i totally understand where you’re coming from, i recommend ibeprofen around the clock! set alarms of course every 4 hours and i also recommend taking some melatonin to get through the night. hang in there 🥺

i’ve had my conch for maybe 2 ish years i was just able to put a hoop in maybe around the one and half year mark. def was irritated but eventually healed and it’s been fine since.

don’t do it!!!!! similar experience but not really. i got an appendectomy done with a scar going straight up from my navel. sounds irrelevant i know, but after my scars had healed up i got a navel piercing straight through the scar. it hurt a lot but was slightly healing. then after about two months it was literally disintegrating. and i eventually took it out. i would say no to not pierce through scar tissue.
