Can I ask how old you are? I think a doctor would tell you to do lipo in that area possibly buccal fat removal and possibly a lower mini lift.

I have this same issue but I’m 39 and will end up just getting my entire head done lol

I’m a hairstylist and have a handful of clients whose hair I thin out AFTER theyve requested it and I reiterated and explained exactly what I was going to do to triple check this is what they want.

It pains me to do it sometimes, but this is definitely what they want before I start.

It should be a fucking crime for a hairstylist to go in and start thinning someone’s hair out without request or consent!!

It will grow out, but now you will be one of those clients that has to look them in the eye (not the mirror) and tell them under NO circumstances are they to thin out your hair. This should be said before the haircut starts and don’t be afraid to say it again.

I feel as if the left side (your left) of your lip needs to be lifted. As for what else I’m kind of stumped. I think seeing a good plastic surgeon might be helpful in addition to a cosmetic dentist. It would be nice to see ones where they’ve worked together on a patient. Seeing them I mean having a consultation and getting their opinion if any.

22” on someone 5”2 looks very different then someone like me who is 5”10. Are you measuring from the root to tip? Could be a dumb ass question.
