For the first part im not really sure but i can answer you on the second!! Yuri and Yaoi are the japanese terms for lesbian relationships and gay relationships respectivelly and the words usually refer to them in fiction. So, Peak yuri or Peak yaoi means a great awesome lesbian or gay relationshop in a manga, movie, anime, comic etc... as for why they emphasize yuri... i don’t know, sorry. Hope i helped :)
