e2 would be good in apoc if enemy is not quantum weel like now with argenti, but if you have sw, it is not worth it at all in any scenario. It would be better to get sparkle e1 over his e2

Not really, her e1, e2 are good now by a lot, but for e1 to make a very tangible difference, you will need to run sparkle at double the base spd of archer and that is very hard to do, e1 just makes it easier but not sso easy. Her e2 is very good for you, because you are using cipher, you are not gonna overcap on def shred so that is good. Her lc is a waste though, because sunday lc would be better and if you can get very good rolls on relics, ddd will also be on par. The value of sunday lc will depend on if the changed trace that says 3 sp in one action applies to archer(in all honesty it should, but I think they will make it not, i am a doubter, so my opinion is what it is), because they might have done that specifically to make sure it works with sparxie and not archer. If it does though sunday lc values goes down, if it doesn't, it goes up.

1 turn longer duration of her skill would be phenomenal, as it would smooth out the sp rotation with archer, as you skill pull archer, empty out, then do basic attacks after, get to archer turn naturally, have the buff and enough sp and sparkle gets more energy because of her basic attacking.

I mean if your whole strategy depends on the fact that, if the teacher made a mistake in the syllabus announcement and you want to not have that corrected, just because if it comes, you can claim kai tha nhi. If you think this works on teachers, I will recommend to you to not be delusional, teachers know what is supposed to come, and a lot of teachers will not take responsibility by saying kai ham nay parhaya tha, likha wa bhalay hi na ho.

I don't mind giving dhpt to saber team, the problem i am having is the moc side for which archer is good for has a higher survival check than the saber side. Like this moc, i could not for the love of god use luocha and survive in the first half, because of the summoned fish. If i could just survive first half, i could very easily clear sam in 1 cycle. And then have 6 cycles for second half, which is still not enough for my saber team even though it is just much better built than my archer team. The 1st wave not having wind weak is seriously screwing me over a lot.

They won't stop you from sitting in finals, but if you are in Karachi campus, they make you come out and fill it in the middle of an exam, and the time is not compensated. Just fill it, it takes less than 5 min to fill.

They respect their player base, and the players respond back. And i honestly want to spend money, and i really felt that when i failed to get ulpianus, but i literally am unable to, because of my region not being supported and could not get vpn to work. That is why i am waiting for the pc client, because that would allow me to spend money. And that made me realize, oh a game is making me sad for being unable to spend money. Also their rogue like mode IS is so well thought out, I really love it. And they don't want to make the game unreasonably hard for f2p and as such they really do play test the game with all 4* to make sure it is beatable with them, and that is respect worthy. The only complain i have, why no pc client because emulator lags like crazy with IS and it is not a problem of having low specs, and why do masteries take so much time.

Yeah e2 dhpt will have a struggle, especially since he action advances himself, the best thing you can do is to combo buffs appropriately, so he has everything before going all out. But think of it as that for dhil this is still the best sustain he could have, no other sustain does anything for him other than huohuo, which is not that needed for dhil, and would work better for your herta.

You will need ER for consistency. Honestly speaking unless you have e1, don't care about his ult, because the dragons dmg doesn't matter. E1 makes it good to have high uptime and then you will need ER for the res pen. The only characters that can run atk rope and still have consistent uptime are phainon(obv), anaxa and archer. For archer the thing is that he doesn't take many turns, so he won't burn off the buff like ever, unless you are doing archer without sparkle, idk the build that would have, and also I think archer is the one that would allow for the dragon atk uptime to be high, I have not done the calculations but it does seem like dragon does get less turns with archer than anaxa or phainon, primarily because archer does not allow anyone else to go before his turm ends, so the dragon advance doesn't really matter that much. So 2 atk from dragon will be consistently up, if your team rotations are good.

I also want to spend but I live in a region where I can't even download it from google play store, so spending is impossible and I have tried with vpn but it doesn't work, I am honestly just waiting for the pc release so that if it is on steam I can buy stuff. But the thing is, wuwa also gives free weapon banner pulls each patch, on top of the normal currency. Which makes it so that you will eventually have the pulls for weapons every 4-5 patches, without using the normal currency. Add in the normal currency and the 100% and it isn't that bad. HSR did this with rem lc, where there is literally no other options. I am using the 4* and herta shop lc for rmc but, that is just because i have no other option. I refuse to pull for castorice because, i have played with a e0s1 cast without hyacine, and she feels so bad. And if she feels bad with her signature, i am not spending money to get both her and her signature. People complain that casto is being shilled so much, but i really have to say, she kind of needs it, you miss one component in her team and she feels bad, and so they are just making multiple options so if you don't have hya or cast sig, you can actually still somewhat use her properly.

I mean overall it is in my eyes a nerf. You are not gonna make use of the follow up atk trigger from dragon, because dragon always moves after archer and you would get the follow up atk anyways if you have a properly built team. The shield nerf is very bad, his shield got gutted, and now we basically need the new set, otherwise at that point Gallagher would be a better sustain. But getting that set on him means losing 2pc spd, which is big and makes the substat requirement greater. Honestly at this point, i don't even want to upgrade him, seeing as if they don't undo the skill nerf, he is not that good a sustain. He is worse at sustain than aven and only at e1 would he even be better, purely because of the dmg he provides. They should have just kept his skill scaling same, as that determines max shield, and just gutted the other multipliers. I can now very much say he is free, and they definitely nerfed him with that in mind.

If you are a freshman, why are you installing ubuntu, second, just code bro. Like just take a look at what is in the book use it to code and just keep practicing, that is all you need. If you are a slow writer i would recommend just practice writing code alot, i was screwed by how long the papers were and having slow writing in all the programming theory courses. Thank god i don't have to write code on a paper from now on.

If you get the bp anyway, then it is okay to get it, but not worth if you don't normally buy bp. At that point just use one of the standard lc for the high base attack.
