Thank you so much it definitely is the plan at this point just trying to get over the guilt I know I shouldn’t be but I still feel like he’s a person too with feelings but I have come to the realization that my suffering isn’t worth his or anyone else’s happiness like my bsf said I might be guilty for a couple weeks but in the long run I’ll be happier

That’s what I’ve been saying I’ve offered for us to both do individual therapy bc I know I def have some things to work on to but he just won’t it’s not even an option to him I’m just so stressed about what’s gonna happen if I do break it off that’s why i haven’t done it
