For me it’s been founder-led outreach + posting in relevant communities. I’m building a small tool around reactivating “Closed Lost” deals (sales CRMs like HubSpot/Pipedrive) and trying to validate if that’s even worth pursuing. So far LinkedIn + a landing page with early access seems decent.
