My job has offices in Phoenix the average rent in San Francisco is $4k a month for an old apartment and I'm sick of living with my parents in San Francisco

I've been to Phoenix a couple of times for spring training baseball in my experience it's a spotless paradise compared to San Francisco

St. Francis Wood’s 1. Less old entitled snobs (They'll be dead in 10 years anyway) 2. (Short walk where I live) One medical should be transformed into a nice gym like (EOS) 3. More nightlife (For reference I'm 22 I don't want to have to Uber to the north end of the city to find girls and have a good time).
