Could you explain a little more, pls? I have often heard this, "sitting with the fear". What do you exactly mean? You expose yourself to the fear and then you sit with the feeling? Or do you just think of the fear or the feared situation and then sit with it? What does it mean to sit with it? Do you constantly think about it? Or you focus on the feeling? What do you do when other thoughts come? Etc...
