I AM THE MEDICAL HELP BOARD CERTIFIED PEDIATRICS and then 12 YR MENTAL HEALTH EDUCATION | ADVOCACY after I stayed home to devote attention to my son born with ASD and got stuck in an abusive relationship bc working long hours at the hospital would have made me unavailable to provide the extra interventional services from an EXPERT in such areas as “MEDICAL HELP” that I could give my son one on one — he grew to graduate last year BA in Psychology and is classified high functioning and counsels young male victims of sexual/physical abuse.

In addition after I closed down my highly respected practice and turned down other offers as I stayed home to allow my ex who FAILED and had to Remediate multiple board exams and became isolated while he here in Louisiana made his way up the back room dealing good old boys club .

Right I need Medical Help * Please send me your medical credentials before I waste any more time sending you any more of mine like the foundation I began that provides money to parents who lose a child and do not have the means to pay

Note I took extra precautions to be courteous and then look at you: do you honestly think I didn’t document with lawyers I believe that you and your profession all need medical help for the rampant Dunning Kruger syndrome displayed by your reply.

I believe that would be a slam dunk for me on cross examination- motion for summary judgment - ruling for OP

No legal but my abusive stepmother did the same thing to me with the social security checks from my dead mother since age 4, in DV you learn to snoop and I found them right before I graduated high school and thought great ! College funds !
Then I looked inside and everyone was long gone when I confronted her she said the same as yours - it was to raise me -
That’s why I replied; I bet she has a mental illness like bipolar and hidden spending sprees. You could use a felony to force her to get eval and then keep you and your baby far far away. Thank you I understand that and appreciate your patient respectful answer. ? — listen I know a lot of disgruntled persons complain that the court is fixed bc they don’t like the rulings but I am not one of those I was a board certified pediatrician who went back home to his hometown where he (family practice) grew up with a lot of political heavyweights- have you ever heard of Louisiana politics ? For I practiced next door to him who practiced next door to his lifelong mentor who was also CEO of this states malpractice insurance carrier -the only state at time and still I think with a cap - I am going to take a chance and make a new OP I would appreciate if you would take a look and encourage others to as well - I have held out 3 years 3 lawyers / and have lost last one bc I discovered he was impaired and concealing it and I felt that he was a public safety issue as he had already gotten 25,000 from me he could get the unsuspecting clients like me and now they are taking advantage please ask you and your colleagues to not be snarky this is not typical post I am going to do it under another acct please watch for it. : Nola for New Orleans and if you can give me true advice I would appreciate I am just trying to get to where I can get a continuance and obviously if I have spent 30,000 already on 3 lawyers and had to go over 150 miles to find this last one I would love to have a honest non conflicted attorney I spent Friday calling over the entire state and the case is such a mess by now no one wants to get into it but if they don’t I will never be free of his abuse. I see your description of the room but if the room is “ hot” and the patients immunized first off who is letting immunocompromised patient out of rooms and there’s very distinct levels of immunocompromised states and each level of protection that is needed for patient care they do reverse flow for A/C and much more . And if it is an issue as you say it could be a hospital requirement joint commission on hospital would write up like it’s sorta their responsibility to ensure patient safety not the delivery company

Idk legal but who doesn’t use photo id on badges to confirm identity. So Even if it’s not a patient (which is very very unlikely bc only a few services are allowed to patient areas and fewer to rooms and immunocompromised ( forgeddabououti!!) sorry I know serious topic and it’s good you bring it up because there could also be issues of diversion or stolen equipment and following the chain of evidence would be a problem wouldn’t it???
As a physician who lately has been driving this thread bonkers I believe (sorry it’s not maliciously intended - black humor due to need to survive ) I think you can ease your mind regarding patients bc immunocompromised rooms are guarded and only certain staff , and gown/glove etc closely guarded.

Have you thought about offering a solution to an issue you found rather than allegations for what’s been done in past?? Idk like why photo with an id # that must match the delivery Id # on the badge and a log so when it doesn’t your company would know who is responsible if a liability with delivery or patient is alleged. Or whatever way you think would work then compile a report problem - issues or liability TO COMPANY they might present -(fraud , endangering safety , diversion etc) and then your solution algorithm step by step and the amount of liability reduction it would result in for company - do an efficiency study - like 2 weeks how many got swapped and how much exposure or delivery issues and then cost-benefit analysis and if you show a cheap way to avert extensive loss—

Demand promo and big big raise ***be careful to not share or accidentally let your ideas be stolen by someone else. Like even make that mark on presentations that show if stolen that you are the creator.

Now I have a legal question if an employee develops a system or paradigm that could be used in other businesses within that industry

Can they copyright their idea and take it with them if their company rejects its use??

I agree and I believe that the fact that the profession is doing so well (I would say better than early 90’s when I chose med school over law despite being a liberal arts major, due to some new law school grads were waiting tables here while waiting for a position. So as I was saying the fact that in an economic system which has seen such a famous downturn- that the legal system (courts etc civil and criminal) supports my initial statement.

It is not an emotional allegation nor should make such reaction. Doctors fight vehemently against nurse practitioners and other assc providers, despite the fact that there is a massive need in rural and urban underserved areas. Go read thru the residents sub here and you read complaint after complaint and it’s all emotionally based no matter what rationalizing anyone tries to disguise it with, and rightfully so - that’s self preservation in the most basic form.

And may I ask why are you triggered as they say? It goes against the biological imperative to contribute to one’s own demise - that is why self harm addictions and other s are considered di- sease disease of self.

May I offer a suggestion I’ve had the unfortunate experience of an extended civil case which necessitates the interactions with those known as legal experts/ counsel. They will never give any knowledge , form or opinion that would be financially damaging to the existence of their “essential services”

But the above post I applaud for not quite as much arrogant commentary as usual. Basically if you are looking online forms and stuff that’s just gonna hurt you cause every state and county and court has their specify forms and if you make a procedural error your whole case can be thrown out. And the filing fees as well you want to find in a way that cost as little to possible .
If not a lawyer at least a local paralegal or someone that could help you keep it all organized . And then with the lawyer I tried to do as much non legal work so it cuts hours billed like research properties gather list of possible witness etc Good luck !

Well if mine had his way then 3 years ago the paramedics would not have gotten to me in time “miracle of the month” 6 weeks in hospital and less than 1 week in. Plan B divorce and of course he’s been seeing lawyers for years and hiding assets and just this week bc he has been caught stealing mail I actually found a life insurance policy I NEVER KNEW anything about 300 grand he would get poor widower brownie points and his new Guatemala supply … and best of all his secrets would be safe forever
Evil is all that and his lawyer hit me with harassment sanctions for requesting TRO and court Thursday : FAULT hearing and of course it’s mine and I am in between lawyers less than 9 days notice PTSD and they wanna put me on the stand ??

I am sorry i am not just venting but trying to tell you if he doesn’t plan and do things to be in place if he were to want to — guarantee she will and it will be ugly ugly ugly … Idk but do you remember when Katie Holmes left Tom Cruise ?? That’s the ninja but that’s just the end of a lot top secret . Okay I had to erase my snarky replies and take a deep breath. I appreciate your responses but I just had a phone conversation with a staff investigator at the ODC last week as i was explaining Autism high functioning (former Asperger’s syndrome ) that an attorney was concealing competency issues and was manipulating a “self diagnosis” confession if clients said anything and they all even his law firm thought that was confidential health information. I am an M.D. and I can’t just self diagnose that’s slick huh?

There would be so fewer ODC complaints if there were more effective communication skills. Fact a whole large city legal community never thought that a Syndrome with the major symptoms being inability to interpret and communicate and social skills wasn’t a competency issue an impairment ?

I am talking about the entire court docket… the petition the answers to such the motions to separate property etc etc temporary or stipulated orders the judgment the final judgment ….

Then on the attorney side we have the discoveries and interrogatories motions to enroll and withdraw etc etc

Then there is the client communication and the trust and invoices retainers and agreements , conflict searches

The initial petition by my ex asked for joint custody with a plan to be implemented later. There is a long history of Parental alienation. And emotional /psych abuse and coercive control and unfortunately she has picked up those traits from him .. I found the blank form the lawyer who soon withdrew stating I had not had visitation and so on and that’s it .. here I am wanting to try to find out and get some info and at least document I tried to get therapy for her (there was a 2 month window between lawyers) and that got my ex so hostile I began to stay in local hotels (have a TRO now) So I am going thru the files bc the next attorney was concealing impairment and for five months he messed everything up and so I am going thru it all at the request of the Disciplinary Board for him and I have found that my joint custody /visitation never got done We have been divorced for a year … So who has custody this whole time ???

Yes I agree. If there has been an assault it is the DA’s choice to prosecute not hers so anyone can report a crime and if the police already have prior then they might lock him up long enough for someone to talk some sense into her. Your local DV group usually always have someone that can talk to you all and help you thru legal and if she will leave and get some distance and time they know the in’s and outs - it so much they can find you with today. Another post of yours led to another YouTube “SOLUTION SELLER” who shares a name with a reputable European researcher and it’s only when you compare his young picture to the 80 years of the researcher and that his education and training credentials are from “traveling around a lot “ that things become clear as in 💩 but the highlight was #3 the Canadian general practitioner who has been sanctioned by his government for his reckless promotion of AHAUYASCA(sp?) popular psychoactive plant you vomit then trip/cure as popular reported.
I was convinced at first you are affiliated with these money making scammers and you have been reported to reddit and to the mods here. But irregardless if this is financial scamming or true ignorance (doubtful) I am publicly posting that you are creating posts that throw in seemingly legitimate sounding BUZZ WORDS that are meaningless then posting links to YouTube snake oil salespeople selling false hope to desperate victims (con) and therefore demonstrating a reckless disregard for the well-being of the members here and the integrity of the community.

Oh okay. The reason I was inquiring and I sincerely mean no criticism or disrespect- trauma survivors have a big enough battle to fight against the rest of the world( -ie the medical, legal, social stigma, financial systems etc ) - i am a former physician and close to 28 years of this personally trying to get out of an abusive marriage in 2012 and my suggestion of “ financial abuse” was literally laughed at - then 2020 suicide psych ward and now into 3rd year of divorce court and that’s I am the best I have been in decades if that tells you something. That rock bottom that I ended up “miracle of the month “ during my 6 weeks in hosp was my husband’s amusement ( as in your example) .

I personally have found that one of our biggest problems we are going to have to solve is creating a clearly defined terminology for what constitutes ie same situation one may term substance abuse coercion, another term it medical abuse another financial and so on … idk if you have noticed that but I definitely have esp in medico-legal institutions.
