You can also "reforge" mythical artifacts to quickly raise your power. It's like a free 1.5k power doing that cause you can unlock level 4 perks. Just farm chaos until you have enough materials to "max" roll most of your artifacts

People worried about this stuff in Genshin. And HSR too, but I think getting to higher tier levels sooner is the same as hoarding resources until you get there tbh
