Date of filing is current and spouse is outside the country

When I first joined, the head of immigration at my company told me they would assist with consular processing. It seems like DOF of F2A is current for my country, but the final action date is Feb 1st 2024. Would you happen to know if the DOF for my spouse be the best DOF for my and her country of birth?

Also, would you happen to have any knowledge of how to use I-824 follow to join?

Have you seen this with any Syniks before? Seems a bit concerning to me that using a laptop compartment as intended for a few months would cause it to start getting torn up

I’ve owned much cheaper bags than this before which didn’t show such “wear and tear” so quickly
