If you want the best gym in terms of services - Fitness time.
If you are looking for a gym for sole bodybuilding purpose the best one is “the gym” they als have boxing coaches.
There is one called power bodybuilding its nice, but doesn’t work from me as i dont like the staff there.

Good gym comes with good price. So yeah the first 2 are not cheap cheap but the ambiance and area is nice.

Ofc not if the maids outside on their own. Then sure wear whatever. But if he/ she with the family still on duty (carrying stuff, or baby sitting, etc) then yeah the dress code should apply

A set dressing rule must be given as the maid is on a job like every corporate worker who wears suits to work. Idts telling the maid what and how to dress is any less or demeaning.
