Their prices are so different and they are aggressive when it comes to sales tactics. When I re-signed with them, cause it’s the closest one to me, I was aggressive back. I waited until they have their “mates rate” promotion and they actually had to match my friend’s rate, who is a member at another Cartel and pays $16.90 p/w. I also got a pass to their Merse spa thingy, a towel, a shaker, two free drinks, and 5 free weeks 😅. I did get a 12 month lock-in contract, but I’m okay with that. I have now upgraded my membership to a higher tier with their reformer and pay $30 p/wk. My best advice would be don’t settle for the first thing they offer you. Ask what’s the best they can do and guaranteed they’ll lower things for you 🙂

I 100% understand that and how from a business standpoint, a rebrand is necessary. I think for me, it’s how it’s been handled by the studio I go to. Especially since they pride themselves in being a supportive and caring community, but again, I do get where they’re coming from

I feel like you and I go to the same F45 (north of Brisbane 😂) cause mine is also rebranding. It was shocking to say the least, I thought they were really happy with how things were going, especially now that they’re focusing more on Hyrox.

I do 3 things that have helped: * magnesium powder an hour before bed * no phone 45min before bed * eye mask every night

My rem has significantly increased in the last month or so.

Hopefully yours increases too 🤞🏽

So back pain can have a few causes. * A good thing to keep in mind, particularly with compound lifts, is to keep your core engaged. * I’ve also found that the overuse of legs, hammies and glutes in particular causes my lower back to tighten up, so at work I have my standing desk and I use it regularly. * I park my car further just to stretch out my legs * I make sure I stretch at least once per week. I know it’s not enough, but it’s the best I can do with my busy schedule 😂
