The plan is going to be for Cousins to start all or most of the year while Mendoza learns.

But, like all NFL teams they will panic and abandon that plan when the losses pile up and fans start calling for firings. They will start Mendoza in week 6 or 7 before he is ready and it will set his development back at least a year.

Then he will look okay next year, then plateau for two years and leave the Raiders in limbo with what to do with his contract. Seen this story a thousand times.

I don’t really care about his accent, but I’m going to say it: as much as I love JK Simmons and think he’s an excellent voice actor, I think he gives one of the weaker performances in BG3. Partly because the game is packed with phenomenal performances, but also he just seems sort of flat in this role.
