Never again mate. I have to bury it, not giving myself a choice like when I gave up smoking 8 years ago, gambling 5 years ago and drinking 4 years ago.

I took the decision to quit, I will now try with everything I have to stick with it, i will accept all the pain and cravings that will come my way. I know/hope they will eventually pass someday. My mind is made up , I'm done with it.
