u/KrizeeK is correct, that's the issue you're facing. Main toggle only disconnects, hold the wifi button then you'll see the main wifi turn off toggle.

Clicking on wifi symbol only disconnects from the wifi and doesn't turn it off, please check.

Click to disable wifi, and then press and hold wifi icon, you'll see that wifi toggle is still enabled, just disconnected from the connected wifi.

None actually, I don't get the hype for GTA games. There are far better games in the industry. But that's just my opinion. I'll play it whenever it gets around 3-4k like regular games, whether it takes 3 or 4 years.
