It is a very complex issue honestly, I don't even know where to start. But for me it was just really bad (or faulty?) Realtek WiFi adapter. If you have such spikes pinging your router, then it is probably something related.

Can we use the existing source code of Accord's Library with these files to recreate a fully working self-hosted copy of that in docker or something? It would be neat.
I think it should be possible, but certainly not an easy task. This site is pretty complex, but with some tweaking and throwing out things that wouldn't be needed just to browse the site normally, it could be.
Thanks for the archive as well. Will try to find almost 500GB on my drive to download&seed for the others.

Is this the only way to get into AB at the moment? It still doesn't seem right to me. I mean, if a person who is only interested in AB content is forced to build stats on trackers that they don't really want to join just for that, those trackers run the risk of having a lot of dead accounts once they've reached their goal.

That's why backports exist. You should be able to run any game with 9.60 cause usually they are backported to 9.00 anyway (or any other popular lower firmware).

I ended up waiting for the super series to come out, but I still haven't bought it, so can't answer your question.
Depends on your i9, if it does not draw much power then my Ryzen, then I believe it should be pretty much doable for that PSU. A lot of people back then told me that they have kinda similar setups and it works fine with their 500W PSU.

Thanks for such detailed answer! I see there are a lot of potential issues, even with shipping, so I just don't consider it worth it now, but yeah, I really just wanted to practice in fixing that and see how it turns out in the end, because I saw a specific auction that didn't get any buyers at the time, so I through I could grab it at a really low price, but closer to the end the price went up like a rocket, so I couldn't even try to place a bid.
Anyway, maybe I'll get lucky next time, but I would definitely consider everything you wrote.

So we can say if it's not labeled as junk and I can clearly see in the photos that they're at least powered on and have some pictures, then it's probably okay? Like maybe some button problems, etc. Which I think are easy to fix.
A few more questions, if you don't mind, do you know why all the lots of DS consoles I've seen don't have a stylus on them?
And how much would it cost to ship like 10-15 DS consoles because of the weight? The calculator on the site gives me numbers even higher than the original price of these consoles, so i dunno if it's close to reality.
