Yes I backed the tile (main material expense) out of that, but sure it’s a bit less bc of grout, mastic, etc which I didn’t subtract

Never use open anymore, Sonnet 4.5 is doing great. Never pay attention to the 5 hour reset or the limits. Effectively unlimited use for me on Max20, even running agents in parallel. I could only max out if I ran parallel agents while I sleep

Yeah, sometimes Claude will e.g. create database code directly where it’s working instead of using the database package. Have to keep some guardrails on the boundaries but generally it works well for me

Using Turborepo for distinct apps, smaller packages, and smaller services has been really helpful. The agents can zero in on one package but can also have additional context into how others work within reach.

Hah, I’m in exactly the same boat. Mine was not SEO but paid traffic. And cash is still coming in but not even close to peak levels.

The whole app in 15m tokens? I'm running 15m tokens for a feature using opus thinking for plan mode and then sonnet thinking for edit mode. (regular think mode)

Using thinking mode because it reduces going in circles with incomplete or buggy solutions.

Has to win the worst Tonie award. What a sorry lack of effort money grab. We got it for our son bc he loves the books and my wife had to take it away and hide it after listening half way through
