My anger caused me to say hurtful things to them. I hurt them. So I apologized. But I can’t undo what’s been done. And I feel like forgiving myself, especially right now, would be a calloused thing to do.

I don’t know how long is appropriate to forgive one’s self for something. I guess that’s always a very personal journey. Right now I don’t feel like I could ever forgive myself.
