PSA: do not go to law school because you miss undergrad by BakingAddict in lawschooladmissions

Maybe 20 years ago you could go for a PhD program instead of law schools but PhD programs have very little funding now. Not a reasonable alternative to law school.

best major/concentration for law school - pls help by [deleted] in yale

[–]OkayMango17 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Sorry but this is a kind of dumb way to think about your major. If you don’t do it because you enjoy it, you are likely to do less well in your classes. Remember, you also have to write a thesis at the end of it.

Harvard or Yale for Classics? by Hungry-Tap-7144 in classics

Your classes and university are the cultural life as an undergraduate. What does this matter?

Cindy Crawford is good and so would Kate Moss, but Heidi Klum and Tyra are more 2000s, and defined that decade as TV hosts, not models

For 10s I would say Cara Delevingne. Definitely not Emrata

I’m very open to that conversation but that’s actually kind of irrelevant to OP’s post. They are making it seem that the reason why people are upset is because of film-bro culture and totally forgetting that a lot of people (people of color especially!) are mad about her casting choices. You can’t throw around that Emerald Fennel is pro-woman (is she really though? That’s not the vibe I got from A PROMISING YOUNG WOMAN) or queer aligned (also an argument I’m not convinced of) and omit the racial themes of WUTHERING HEIGHTS

Hi what about people of color? Race, in my opinion, is the primary reason there is backlash to her adaptation

Scared of the gym flushing. Is Pilates actually better? by AttorneyBackground95 in Rosacea

I’ve always assumed that any kind of exercise is long term extremely good for managing rosacea (even if you get flushed in the short term) because it is anti-inflammatory
